These stands are build of hardwood, sometimes poplar, sometimes soft maple. They are amazingly sturdy and lightweight and hold virtually an size of dulcimer.

We offer 2 sizes of dulcimer stands. The Tall Stand holds the front edge of the dulcimer 37” off the floor. This is a good height for playing while standing up. The Short Stand holds the front edge of the dulcimer 25” above the floor, a good height for playing while sitting down.

They are very portable, weighing about 5 pounds and folding up to just 3” x 2” x 46” for the tall or 3” x 2” x 34” for the short stand.
